Digital story: A biography - Creating a storyboard

When you have written your script and found your images, but before you start making your movie, it's a good idea to organize them in a storyboard.
A storyboard shows the sequence of images and the script that accompanies each one.

For your storyboard you might find this printable template handy. Click HERE for the template.

Or you might like this web application: NOTE-APP. You can use it as a virtual storyboard and, as it is online, you can work on it with your partner from home. You can also share your NoteApp board with your teacher. This way she can give you advice and feedback while your work is still in progress - and save you time!

Digital story: A biography - Project assessment rubrics

Your teacher is going to give you a first evaluation of your project when you hand in your first draft of the script.
Do you want to know what is expected from you at this stage? Click on this link for an on line version of the evaluation rubric: FORMATIVE EVALUATION. Try to assess your work yourselves. If you are not happy, consider revising before handing it in!

After you get the formative evaluation and your teacher's feedback, revise your work to meet the standards set!

Your teacher will complete a second evaluation rubric after the project is complete and presented in class. Both evaluations will count in your project's final assessment.
Do you want to know what is expected from you at the end of this project? Click on this link for an on line version of the evaluation rubric: SUMMATIVE EVALUATION. Do you meet the standards? If you are not happy, try to improve your work before you present it in class!
